Retreat Introduction

The warmth and vitality of summer is upon us, always a wonderful time to get out and enjoy the lush beauty of the majestic Northwest. For the past three summers I have been fortunate to have lead Women's Retreats on the peninsula, Whidbey Island and Cedar Springs. This year the Women's Retreat happened a few months early and at the end of the weekend was the request to make the next gathering for EVERYONE!!! Well, it's time to gather again and you are ALL invited, family, friends and children.

Bring your friends and family, grab your mat, your kicks, and your imagination and join us for an inspiring weekend full of yoga, art, organic fare, and play. This is an inclusive getaway for deepening our connections with community and our appreciation for life. Come as you are, share what you can and let go of anything you don't need to make space for the gifts of Sangha, or “Community”, the Third Jewel.

Some of you have this information, others have already reserved a space, but for the rest of you it is a new opportunity that I hope you will consider and share with your friends.
